Do you take retainers?
Not by default. The build is shipped, documented, and handed back to your team. If ongoing work makes sense after delivery we discuss a retainer, but it is never the entry point.
What information do you need upfront?

Do you work outside business hours / time zones?
We operate in CET working hours and overlap with US Eastern for live calls. Async communication runs around the clock.
What if it is not worth automating?
We say so in the audit and tell you why. A clear no in 24 hours beats a polite maybe in two weeks.
